Refund policy

Product Returns

Your book was made just for you.  Because of that, we only issue refund or returns for books that have been confirmed (by the carrier) to be damaged during transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (no less than 7 days from posted deliver date by carrier) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
